Deliveries

We provide many methods of deliveries at Canopy Home Indonesia. Including but not limited to: 

  • Couriers (JNE, TIKI, J&T, Lion SiCepat)
  • Pick Up Deliveries (Go-Jek, & Grab)

Couriers

Simply go to the courier website and input the tracking receipt (nomor resi) to track your deliveries.


Pick Up Deliveries

Open up your application and input the transaction ID (nomor transaksi) to track

your deliveries

Orders will be sent a maximum of 3 working days after payment is confirmed. The receipt number will be informed by the registered email or cellphone number 

  

Disclaimer:

Once receipt is given, the speed of delivery will depend on the courier selected  

My Account

 The tracking feature might not work due to a number of reasons: 

· The shipping agent hasn't updated the status yet. 

· The shipping agent site is down. 

· Delivery date input error.

Registering for an account is very simple at Canopy Home Indonesia. Simply click on the top right avatar and proceed to fill in your details. A confirmation email will be sent to you
shortly after to validate your account.
 

Password is important to log into your account as a security measure. However, we understand that it’s possible that you forget their password. To recover your account, enter your email address and click the “Forgot Password” button. An email will be sent to your registered email address and will contain a link to reset your password. Click the button and “Reset Password”. 

Order & Payment

Find the product that you want to buy. Then click Add to Cart to put the product in your shopping cart and continue searching for other products. Alternatively, you can just click Buy. Be sure to fill in the purchase details (item quantity, note for seller, delivery address, and shipping courier) before proceeding to the payment method. 

Finding products that you want is very easy and practical with Canopy Home Indonesia. You can start by clicking the Hot List , Category or Search column . You can also follow the Product Search guidelines according to the gadget you are using. 

We provide many methods of payments at Canopy Home Indonesia.

Including but not limited to: 

· Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB, American Express) 

· Online Bank Transfer via MidTrans (BNI, BCA, Permata, Mandiri, BRI)

We offer product returns if your orders meet the following criteria: 

· Damaged or product defects 

· Wrong color 

· Wrong size 

If you find the following in your order, we offer the following options for your orders: 

· Replace color options 

· Replace size options 

· Replace the type/model/brand 

To do so, you can carry out the following steps: 

· Contact our Customer Service Center and let us know the problem by uploading
your order
 

· Ship the products to Canopy Home Indonesia’s warehouse location 

· We will ship the product back to you as soon as possible
